The Bombshell: Lecky Snitch

I have just completed my third term of burlesque, and debuted as a soloist in February’s Ball. After dancing professionally in my teens and early twenties, I took a break to get a ‘real job’ and eventually opened my business. Looking for a way to stay active in my thirties, I wanted to dance again but at a more social and fun level. I found exactly what I was looking for with the amazing ladies at BBA. Being back on stage gives me a chance to feel glamorous and confident, and the atmosphere is so positive and encouraging. It’s nice to see sisters pulling each other up and not bringing one another down.

The Business: The Other Bridesmaid

I am the founder and head planner of The Other Bridesmaid, a wedding planning and styling company. The OB is nearly two years old now, and we deliver over 40 weddings a year. Our couples are mainly in Brisbane, however we have done weddings in Sydney, Toowoomba, Byron and even as far as outback Queensland. I have four staff and work from my home office in Clayfield. The office is managed by my two small dogs who are in charge of office security.
